Efran is founded in 2020 by Frans van Hoek. He has passion for educational innovation with technology for over 25 years.
As senior consultant and project manager he worked for 22 years at CINOP, for custumors in the field of vocational education, higher education, adult education and ministeries.
Frans has experience in international projects. For example in Ghana, Nicaragua and South Sudan. In the past he worked in European strategic partnership projects and in European networks on career guidance.
From 2016-2020 he was senior consultant in the Dutch National Agency of Erasmus+ in the field of VET and Adult education.
